Maybe this world wouldn't be so messed up
Maybe there would not be as much chaos
Maybe there would be less deaths--
Less people going to hell.
It frightens me to know
About those who have lost
Their one true love
Because a knife was pulled on them
Or somebody else wanted someone's significant other.
Greedy people--
Maybe it's not just love
Maybe this world is also
Chaotic because of greed.
Is there nothing more?
Friendship.
It lasts for a year or two.
Then breaks off.
There--
You lost someone else.
It's all about loss.
